Background and Qualifications
Dr McNeil studied medicine abroad, where he obtained his medical degree, and then took and successfully completed the board exam in South Africa (September 2003). Dr McNeil was registered as an independent practitioner with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in August 2008. (Reg No: MP 0582654)
